Lucy and Rachel (Soul Compass) have nurtured an evening of total relaxation for you. The theme for this is all around soaking your roots, coming home to yourself and deepening inner trust. It will be grounding, calming and beautifully soothing.

You will be welcomed into a calm, nurturing space with Lucy & Rachel, be guided through a somatic style meditation, bathe in the healing vibrations of the crystalline sound bowls and each given a gentle energy blessing to enhance the meditation and state of content peace.
